Initial Sessions $ 90

In an initial session you are introduced to the system and the practitioner and also start mapping your emotional state in order to match with the appropriate flower essences. These sessions are about one hour long and held via Google Meet. The treatment bottle is included, delivered to Canadian addresses.

Integration Sessions $ 60

Integration sessions are follow up sessions after we had an initial one. We talk about the self discoveries during the process and adjust the blend towards what is necessary for you. These sessions are 30 minutes long and held via Google Meet. The treatment bottle is included, delivered to Canadian addresses.

Custom Treatment Bottle (Original Bach Flower Essences) $ 40*

If you know exactly which flower essences you want to have in your blend, this is the product for you. Choose up to seven essences for each customised bottle. I suggest adding a preservative to avoid contamination, considering shipping time. It gives you between 3-4 weeks to finish each bottle. When ordering 2 bottles for the same person, please keep one in the fridge until it's time to use it. Shipping is included within Canada.

A Note from the Practitioner

The Bach system is designed to be naturally simple. Dr. Bach envisioned it as being much like picking lettuce from the garden: you recognise what you need, and you simply go and pick it.

As a registered practitioner with the Bach Centre UK, I am guided by its Code of Ethics, which means I follow Dr. Edward Bach's original philosophy and use only the original Bach Flower Remedies.

My role is to help identify emotional imbalances and explore which essences may be most helpful. Describing our emotions and feelings isn't always easy - I know this from personal experience. Yet, despite this difficulty, I believe the client already holds all the answers within themselves. I am here to help guide clients towards the essences that are most suitable for them, supporting their emotional well-being and helping them find greater emotional balance.
